1. You are given a ten day money back guarantee. This guarantee is activated the day your order is received, and not the day you receive the goods.
2. If you are unsatisfied with any item you can return it to the address on the envelope within 10 days to receive a full refund of the purchase price (sorry shipping price is non-refundable).

4. If you purchase any item with the words, 'OUT OF STOCK', 'COMING SOON', or any other words which may suggest that the item is unavailable your order will be put on hold. You will be contacted when the item becomes available. If you decide not to wait for the item to become available then you can cancel your order by contacting technical support (see point 3).
5. Refunds will only be given if breakage was committed before you received the product, we will allow 30 days after the item is dispatched for a complaint to be given, accidental breakage be yourself will not be compensated.
6. If you accidentally cause harm to any item you have purchased we can offer a replacement item, for half of the original price. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please contact technical support (see point 3).
